Scorned, but not for long

I am the goddess, I am the fire

I am the one consumed by desire

I carry wisdom, I digest truth

Its an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth

I am the listener, I am the light

I am the one you will miss at night

I am strength, I am alive

I am the one who washes clean with the tide

I am the winds, I am the moon

Who casts magic on darkness yet is gone all too soon

You let me go, you cut the ties

You fed me nothing but poison and lies

But I rise like a phoenix, out of the ashes I fly

Growing stronger and better with less reason to cry

Walking boots
